MY UNIVERSE
The universe is created just for me.
The flower in the field, the tree,
The birds and insects in the air,
All beings from rodent to bear.
You say it is created for all to reap,
But I don’t see it when I am asleep.
Awake, can through your eyes I see?
No, the universe is created just for me.
I marvel every moment of every day,
At the vast universe for me on display.
Once I die there will be no more to see,
The universe was created just for me
