I AM A SNAIL

I am a snail,
With nowhere to go fast.
I leave a trail,
To show I just went past.

Please be careful,
When down the walk you go.
Think how awful,
If you squished me like dough.

Step left and right,
Do hopscotch if you like,
‘Till out of sight.
Or maybe take a hike!

I want to be,
Full of life much like you.
Do this for me,
Don’t squish me with your shoe.

The End
