A Dog Named Tricks

A dog named tricks lived under a tree,
His very best friend’s name was Lee.
The only problem with Tricks and Lee
Was they played tricks for all to see.

They tricked some folks one noon hour,
Into smelling a pretty flower.
The bees got mad and stung their nose
That nearly had them come to blows.
 

But one day they went much too far,
When they stole the town mayor’s car.
Red in the face, he yelled “that’s it!”
All could see he was having a fit.

The mayor ran after the car
And chased them at top speed quite far.
But In no time they were out of town,
And all were glad to be rid of the clowns.
